Donny Stew is a recognized music composer / content provider for TV and film clients including: NBC, CBS, ABC, HBO, MTV, Nickelodeon, Disney, Comedy Central to name a few, as well as productions in 20 nations worldwide.

As a songwriter and musician, he has written and recorded with members of rock bands including Springsteen's E Street band, Alice Cooper, Blue Oyster Cult, The English Rock Band - Nektar, toured with the Lester Lanin Big Band.

As a band leader with his own original Rock & Pop songs he was the opening band act up for Rick Derringer, the late Ritchie Havens, Return To Forever, Chick Corea and The Turtles.

His music productions (licensed by Sonoton APM Sony & Universal EMI / Zomba) were used in Drew Barrymore's Roller Derby movie "Whip It," with Ellen Page. Reese Witherspoon's Disney movie "A Far Off Place," Jim Carey's "In Living Color" spoof of "The Bodyguard," Budweiser's "Take it Outside" ad campaign with the Hanson Brothers from the "Slapshot" hockey movie, "Theme song for Nickelodeons "Nick News," Comedy Central's "Tosh-O" & "Strangers with Candy," HBO's "Dream On," ABC's "Monday Night Football," "Good Morning America, and NCAA College Football," to name a few.
